In 1980, we had a 4 year old (P Reg) Fiat 900 Amigo, was my dads pride and joy. Took six of us to South of France and back from our RAF base in Germany. We went through the Alps on the way there, because he was trying to save money on the Toll roads. 2 days of hairpin bends and 800 ft drops, with 3 rowdy kids under 10 and a 9 month old baby up front convinced him to bite the bullet and pay the tolls on the way back! Fabulous van, had a soft spot for them ever since.

Had a Bedford CF2 Autosleeper up until 5 years ago. Loved it, did it up, loads of new spares fitted, rust treated, fibreglass body so no leaks at all. Travelled Scotland, Ireland and all over the UK.

Sold it for the same price I bought it for, and the new owner wrote it off a month later.... :wtf: I was gutted when I heard about it. :bang:

Love the Commers, Jules used to have one and we were gazumped on a bedford CF.
It might sound corny but, we wouldn't swap Rosie for any of them!
