welcome to the club!

i have pretty much the same 'van since 2012 and have never needed to top up the coolant, i rev it quite hard at times too and has never let me down.. these old girls just keep going! as above regular maintenance is key.

fired mine up after 6 weeks, all lights etc checked and correct.. brakes felt a little wooden though but hopefully shave the rust off on the drive to the MOT place :fc:

glad you got the roof sorted, mine had the cromapol treatment last year and is still 100% waterproof! *touches wood* :lol:

when i first did my roof inside, to cover the bare wood sheets i used regular wallpaper that was a half decent match to the rest of the inside. it went on fine and lasted great for 2 years no issues until i went over it with veltrim last year. obviously that was on the roof though that's not likely ...

Soudall fixall from screwfix. Much cheaper and compared to stuff I did with sika it seems to have faired much better!

Sorted my stuck seat belt mechanism, last bit for the MOT that ran out a month ago :lol: never had the chance to even look at the van until now
